eivissa is an Ibiza-born streetwear label selling graphic tees, sweatshirts, shorts and caps. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean eivissa; "you" means the person browsing or ordering from the site. eivissa22.com is operated by Transalpino JLR Ltd (trading as eivissa 22), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15378256, registered office 100 Great Homer Street, Liverpool, L5 3LF, VAT number GB 503 5267 16.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, copy it, or interfere with other users' access to it.
We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in GBP, include UK VAT, and are correct at the time of publishing, though we may update them without notice — the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details — these are handled directly by our payment processor.

All designs, artwork, logos, photography and content on this site belong to eivissa (or are used with permission) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell or otherwise use them without our written consent.
We provide this site and our products as described, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product purchased from us. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it was last updated.
